What can I do? We will accept items with a manufacturing defect or items that were damaged during shipment for full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. We cannot issue a refund to gift recipients however, you may request a replacement if the item has a manufacturing defector was damaged during shipment. All eligible refunds are made to the original form of payment.
